Approval: 3/8/06

Gifts of money, securities or usable properties to the College will be accepted according to administrative regulations and procedures approved by the College president. Acceptance of real property will be subject to approval by the Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) District Board of Education.

The president of the College will establish regulations and procedures for the solicitation of funds, donations, services or other things of value in the name of the College or any College organization, on College locations or within the area served by the College.
