    Steps for Help

    1. Come join us for live help during our open hours in Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/107538962
    2. Or send an email (preferably using Saints Email) to Computer.Tutor@mhcc.edu at any time with your request for help, and a staff member will reply during open hours.
Please include a description of the problem, as well as your MHCC ID#. Course and instructor name would be helpful too for our records.
    3. Check your email for a response from us.
We’ll initially respond by email, but will provide further support through email, Zoom or Teams (for remote connection through your computer), or by phone, as needed or requested.

This way of learning is new for all of us and we want to know what is working well or needing improvement. Please send such comments to the area coordinator (Lance.Lannigan@mhcc.edu). Thanks for your patience—we look forward to supporting your learning!

Further Useful Info for Zoom and Teams

Zoom is a program that allows a tutor to connect with you in real time for chat, audio, or video, and will also allow us to share and annotate screens.

If you have trouble connecting to Zoom you can email or call, and we’ll respond to come up with a solution.
