Cross Country

  • Head Coach Fernando Fantroy is excited about the cross country program this year after an outstanding recruiting year and looks forward to competing this winter.

    Mt. Hood Community College is in a perfect location for year-round training and has excellent resources to help our student athletes reach their academic and athletic goals!

  • Larkins Improves PR by 40 Seconds at NWAC Championships

    Aquilina Larkins

    Aquilina Larkins started finished the cross country season with a 40 second PR at the NWAC Cross Country Championships.  Larkins is in her first year of running competitive has worked really hard this fall and her efforts paid off at the championship meet. The Saints are excited to have Larkins on the track this spring and look forward to adding transfer Sheila Cheruiyot to the team for a solid, one-two punch in the distance races. 

    Luis Carvajal continued his improvement over the fall and ran a great race at the championships.  Coach Fantroy is looking forward to getting Carvajal on the track this spring along with distance aces, Raymond Kirwa and Kelvin Maiyo.
