BT250 :  Procedures for the Office Team

Practice the skills and abilities required for an office professional, which includes interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical and decision-making abilities, computer literacy, supervisory and managerial techniques, communication skills, including speaking, listening and writing, research skills and meeting planning. Specific terminology, applications and procedures are explored in the variety of the office career paths previewed in this course.
Prerequisite: BT116; and the ability to keyboard and format office documents. Flash/jump drive required on the first day of class.
