  • MHCC Activity/Library Cards

If you are a student or an employee, your Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) photo activity card also serves as your library card. Stop by the MHCC library check-out desk at the Gresham Campus and/or the Student Union to get your free photo activity card. The process of checking ID and taking a photo takes a few minutes per patron, so please allow adequate time for large groups requiring activity cards.

Acceptable assurance of identity for MHCC:

To obtain your activity card, please bring one of the following with you to the library: one form of picture ID, such as a government issued driver's license or identification (ID) card, permanent resident card, federal/ state/ local governmental ID, US military card, consular card, passport from any nation or a high school ID card.

If you do not have photo ID, you may bring any two of the following: birth certificate, tribal document, voter registration, lease with name and address, credit or debit card, utility or other bill with name and address, club or organization ID or Social Security card.

The MHCC Activity/Library Card service is available at the Student Union (Room AC 1051) and the Gresham campus library (AC 2300) during hours of operation.

If you live in the MHCC district, you may obtain a library card to use at either of our two libraries (Gresham Campus and Maywood Park Campus) as a community patron. The only thing you need is a valid driver's license with a current address. You will need to come to the Gresham Campus library to apply for and receive your library card. Drop in any time and check us out.
