Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerks
In these roles, your daily tasks will include preparing insurance claim forms or related documents, reviewing them for completeness, and calculating the claim amount.
Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants
In such roles, you will schedule and confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations and receive and route messages or documents, such as laboratory results, to appropriate staff.
Medical Records Specialists
As a medical records specialist, you will enter data, such as demographic characteristics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures, or treatment, into the computer and identify, compile, abstract, and consult classification manuals to locate information about disease processes.
