HE202 :  Adult Development and Aging

This course is designed to explore the concepts of normal aging, the prevention of disability and the retirement years. Issues to be addressed are physiological changes in aging, nutrition, exercise, community and mental attitudes. This course is eclectic in its orientation, presenting many interests concerning adulthood and aging.
Prerequisite: RD090 and WR090, each with a grade of "C" or better; or placement above stated course levels.
