High School Art Exhibit through May 1

Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) is pleased to host the annual High School Art Exhibit, held each year in the Visual Arts Gallery on the Gresham Campus at 26000 S.E. Stark St.
Entries from area high school students will be evaluated for originality, technical skill, composition/use of elements and emergence of personal vision and voice. The coveted Culture Shapers Award will be given to the student who best exhibits exceptional leadership, artistic vision and service to the community. Selected artworks will be exhibited weekdays through May 1, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. An opening reception will be held Thursday, April 11, 6 – 8 p.m. in the gallery. Awards will be presented at 7 p.m.
