Dancing for Birth
Instructor Lisa Marie Morgan has enjoyed dancing all over the globe, from traditional Russian folkdances in Moscow to flamenco in Spain to belly dance here in the U.S. Her passion for dance and birth are combined in the unique Dancing For Birth™ classes she teaches. As a birth doula, Morgan uses dance as a vehicle to teach women the stages of labor, pain management techniques and more. She has birthed three babies of her own and loves seeing women empowered by the experience of birth. All men and women are welcome! Classes are held Thursdays, Jan. 16 – March 20, 5:15 – 6:30 p.m., and cost $64 ($54 seniors).
