AR 2435: Evaluation of the President
The President’s annual evaluation process includes:
- In Spring term, the Board of Education will meet with the President to outline the desired format for the President’s self evaluation
- In Summer term, in an Executive Session, the President will meet with the Board of Education to present an oral self-evaluation. The Board of Education may request a written self-evaluation document to be submitted within two weeks following the oral report.
- Before Fall term, in an Executive Session, the Board of Education will meet with the President to deliver a written evaluation.
The evaluation criteria will include, but not be limited to, goals and objectives related to Mt. Hood Community College’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
