Summer Term schedule begins Monday, June 16 and continues through Friday, August 29.
Summer swim lessons will begin Monday, June 23.

- Wednesday, July 16-Sunday, July 21 50-meter pool closes at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16; all pools closed July 17-21
- Wednesday, July 23-Sunday, July 27 50-meter pool closes at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23; all pools closed July 24-27
- Saturday and Sunday, August 2-3 50-meter shallow end closed for Portland Underwater Hockey Tournament; deep end lanes are open short course
50-meter Pool
All lap swims are adults only, ages 16 years and up.
Open recreation swim is for all ages. Children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied in the water by an adult. Swim tests and separate admission are required for the inflatable obstacle course. Please note that the 50-meter pool is 6 to 16 feet deep. Lifejackets are required for any patron not able to swim 25 yards crawl stroke.

This pool is adults only, 18 years and up. Pool temperature is 102 degrees.

Water Exercise Classes and Descriptions
No registration is required; daily drop-in fee or water ex punch card are both accepted!
These are adult classes, ages 18 years and up.
Summer Schedule June 23-August 29
Ai Chi
This slow relaxation class is like Tai Chi, except it is in the water, focusing on deep breathing, visualization, stretching, and stress reduction. Exercises are performed in the 88 - 90 degree Learner pool. Come learn a new way to stretch, balance, and focus your mind and body!

Arthritis Water Ex
Feel and move better! This is a moderate-paced exercise class that combines elements of Arthritis Foundation exercises with flexibility and strength conditioning. This class is gentle on the joints. Exercises are performed in the 88-90 degree Learner pool.
Tuesday, Thursday 9-9:45 a.m.
Aquacise
This is a moderate-paced water exercise class. Emphasis is placed on flexibility and strength conditioning. This class is gentle on the joints. Exercises are performed in the 88 - 90 degree Learner pool. Swimming skills are not required.
Monday, Wednesday 9-9:45 a.m.
Shallow/Deep
Join a fast-paced water exercise class for adults. Participants work at their own pace to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises are performed with music in the 25-yard indoor pool. Swimming skills are not required for participation, although it is recommended.
