Civil Engineering Technologists and Technicians

In this role, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as calculating dimensions, square footage, profile and component specifications, and material quantities, using a calculator or computer.

Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologists and Technicians

As a technologist or technician in the electrical field, your daily to-do list would include tasks such as replacing defective components or parts and using hand tools and precision instruments.

Industrial Engineering Technologists and Technicians

In this role, your day would include tasks such as reading worker logs, product processing sheets, or specification sheets to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications.

Mechanical Engineering Technologists and Technicians

Mechanical Engineers perform functions such as calculating the required capacities for equipment of proposed systems to obtain specified performance and submit data to engineering personnel for approval.

Aerospace Engineering and Operations Technologists and Technicians

In the aerospace industry, job duties include tasks such as conferring with engineering personnel regarding details and implications of test procedures and results.
