Engineering Transfer Degree - Program Details
The engineering transfer degree at Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) will provide you with many of the core courses required at many of Oregon’s state universities. This makes transferring your credits and completing your bachelor's degree easy. Transfer schools include Oregon State University, Oregon Institute of Technology, Portland State University, and Washington State University.
Prepare for a Career in Engineering
In this program, you will complete classes designed to closely follow pre-engineering programs at other four-year schools. While you will not be ready to enter the workforce immediately, you will earn an associate of science degree and be well prepared to transfer to a university to complete your bachelor's degree.

Courses and Curriculum
As a full-time student at Mt. Hood Community College, you should be able to get your core credits completed within two years and then transfer to a four-year university after. Courses include classes such as engineering orientation, graphics, computation, physics, strength of materials, and dynamics.
