Senior Discounts
If you are 62 years or older and a resident of Oregon at the beginning of the term in which the class is offered, you may be eligible for free or discounted tuition rates with MHCC’s senior discount programs.

Use the Senior Discount Program
Option 1
Save as much as 50% off our regular for-credit class tuition if you are an MHCC district resident age 62 or better!
For registration steps for option 1, fill out an application today!
option 2
Enjoy free tuition for up to eight credits of transfer-level classes taken for an audit grade if you are an Oregon resident age 65 or older. Many classes numbered 100 and up are eligible.
For registration steps and criteria for option 2, please download and fill out the senior tuition waiver form.
Options 1 and 2 discounts do not apply to any fees.
Please Note: If you wish to ensure you have a seat in the class, and you are willing to pay the applicable tuition and fees for the class, you do not need to follow the registration steps in the link above. However, you may not drop the registered class and then re-register to receive the senior tuition waiver.
