Normally, the Technical Theatre certificate program takes one year of full-time study. Some students take longer because they can't attend full-time or need help with reading, writing, or math.
In addition to a career pathways certificate, if you complete the Technical Theatre certificate program, you'll be able to:
- Apply knowledge of safe working practices and theatre etiquette to stage productions.
- Read and execute technical drawings for scenery, lighting, and rigging.
