The Experience
Program Details
The Music program prepares you to transfer to a four-year college after completing your first two years at MHCC. At MHCC you will experience the same mix of ensembles, lessons, and classes found in the first two years of any college music program.
Your future
Our vibrant curriculum gives you the knowledge and tools to become a better musician and successfully transfer into a four-year program. You should work with your transfer school of choice and an MHCC advisor to make sure the courses you are taking at MHCC will transfer easily.
How To Get Started
You can start the Music program during any term. Students admitted to MHCC can sign up for classes in the program after reading, writing, and math placement requirements have been met.
